hello,

Festive holiday decorations, representing a special holiday message of gratitude, rest, and community from My MS Podcast.

As we wrap up the year, I wanted to take a moment to share a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has been a part of this journey through My MS Podcast. Whether you’ve been listening since the beginning or just recently found the show, your presence here means everything.

It’s hard to believe it’s only been three months since we launched the first episode. In that time, we’ve built more than just a podcast. We’ve created a community. A family. A global tribe of people living with Multiple Sclerosis who are committed to supporting one another through the highs and lows of life with MS.

From the US to the UK, Australia to South Africa, and so many countries in between, this community spans the world. And yet, we all share a common goal: to live fully and feel like ourselves again despite a diagnosis that can be anything but predictable.

You Are Not Alone

One of the hardest parts of MS is feeling isolated. That’s why my mission from day one has been to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. A space where we lift each other up and remind one another that we are not alone in this.

Every time you tune in, you help make that mission a reality.
Every time you subscribe, you help grow this community.
Every time you leave a review, you help another person find the encouragement they’ve been searching for.

I read every single review, and I’m so grateful for your words and support. They remind me that what we’re building together matters.

Reflecting on the Journey

We’ve already completed two full seasons of My MS Podcast. Season one focused on the diagnosis journey, offering guidance and comfort to those newly diagnosed and those still processing it years later. Season two was all about navigating the holidays with MS, with practical tips and real conversations about how to enjoy this season while taking care of your health.

My hope is that each episode has given you something to think about or put into practice. That it has empowered you in some small but meaningful way.

Slowing Down and Soaking It In

As we close out the year, I’m taking a cue from the very advice I often give. I’m slowing down. This will be my first holiday break since I started my business ten years ago. I’m planning to reflect on the year, set intentions for the one ahead, and soak in time with my family.

And I encourage you to do the same.

Take some time to relax, restore your energy, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether that’s a quiet moment with a cup of tea or a big family dinner, allow yourself the space to just be present.

You deserve it.

Looking Ahead to Season 3

Season three will launch in the New Year with even more support, strategies, and encouragement for living well with MS. Until then, I hope you take care of yourself and feel deeply proud of how far you’ve come.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for being you.

so hot right now

I'm Alene, your MS Sister.

In 2016, I heard the words “You have MS.”
I thought my life was over.

Like many women, I read the books, joined the Facebook groups, and searched online, only to end up more confused and burned out.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing perfection and focused on small, sustainable habits.

Within six months, the lesions on my brain shrunk and went inactive. Nearly a decade later, I’ve had no new activity and I’m living fully as a wife, mom, and business owner.

Those simple habits gave me back my energy, confidence, and life. Now, I help other women with MS do the same.

hey there!
