Hey there!
Prior to my MS diagnosis in 2016, I was on a treadmill chasing a never-ending to-do list in life. I've come to realize that lifestyle wasn't sustainable - or fulfilling - with or without MS.
Now, I've chosen to use MS as my compass - not my constraint - to spend my time and energy on what matters most to me.
I still want to feel productive because I have responsibilities in this busy world. But I no longer allow myself to be pulled and drained by meaningless efforts. I run everything through a filter that enables me to show up best for the people and things that are most important to me.
In this challenge, we're getting intentional with how we spend our time and energy so we can experience peace of mind with our health and life.
