When I was diagnosed with MS in 2016, I found myself dumping every "healthy" food into a blender and forcing it down. I tolerated it, but I knew there had to be a better way. If I was going to make this work longterm, I had to start enjoying food again.
I stayed committed to the foods that were supporting my healing and continued to avoid the foods that created inflammation in my body, but I figured out how to do this while eating delicious food again.
